We are a seafood company that comes to you. On-site catering is the whole business: the steamers are on our own trailer, the trucks are ours, and the crew that turns up is the crew that runs it.
Call with a date
A date and a rough headcount is enough to start. We will tell you on that call whether it is open and roughly what it comes to.
We plan it with you
Which feast, how many, what time you want people eating, and where we can put the trailer. It is a short conversation and it settles most of the day.
We arrive and run it
Set up, steam on site, serve, pack away. You get to be a guest at your own event.

Those six are the groups Shoreline names as its catering customers. Here is what a feast looks like for each of them.
Company parties
A crab feast turns a company picnic into the one people talk about. We set up where you tell us, steam through the afternoon, and your staff eat at the table instead of running the grill.
Fundraisers
Ticketed feasts work because the food cost is known before you print a ticket. Call early, lock the date, and price your tickets against a real number rather than a guess.
Legion posts
The post hall or the lot behind it, steamers running, and a crew that has set up in a hall like yours before. You will not have to explain the format to us.
Clubs
Boat clubs, hunt clubs, car clubs. A feast is a reason for the whole membership to turn up on the same night, and a shrimp feast alongside looks after the members who will not pick a crab.
Lodges
Lodge nights run on a schedule, and so do we. Tell us when the meeting ends and the food is coming out of the steamer as the room stands up.
Organizations
Churches, schools, fire companies, associations. If you are feeding a crowd on a date you already have, call with that date and a rough headcount and we will tell you whether it is open.
If your event is not on that list, ask anyway. Those are the groups we are booked by most, not the only ones we will cater. Tell us what you are running and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.

The company you book is the company that turns up
Shoreline is a working Maryland seafood company, not a booking agency that subcontracts the day out. It has held its own motor carrier authority since 1994 and it runs its own trucks and its own trailer, so the company you book is the company that turns up.
It matters more than it sounds. Most of what can go wrong at a feast is logistics, and logistics is the part that a company doing its own hauling actually controls.

About catering
Do you do delivery as well as on site?
Yes, both. Full service on site is the trailer, the steamers and the crew. Delivery is the food to your door. Which one is right depends on the event, so tell us about it on (443) 258-1506.
We are a Legion post / lodge / club. Do you do our kind of event?
Yes. Company parties, fundraisers, Legion posts, clubs, lodges and organizations is the list Shoreline publishes of who it caters for, so you will not have to explain the format to us.
Can you work a fundraiser where we are selling tickets?
Fundraisers are on the list of what we cater. Call before you print anything, so the date is locked and you know your food cost before you set a ticket price.
What do you need from our site?
Somewhere to put the trailer, and room to steam. Most venues work. Talk it through when you book and we will tell you quickly whether yours does.
